Essential Job Functions
- Handle all customer inquiries and communications
- Process all administrative work associated with the service department
- Schedule delivery and pick up of all equipment
- Schedule and oversee all service work
- Manage workflow within the service department, including work schedules, employee schedules, and customer work orders
- Foster effective and timely communication between all other departments as well as customers.
Qualifications:
- Ability to listen and communicate with customers and co-workers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail oriented and results driven.
- Maintain professionalism.
- Supervisory skills to include the ability to coach, train and motivate employees to reach established department goals.
Required experience:
Combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Job Type: Full-time; M-F with an occasional Saturday
