Service Manager

Essential Job Functions

  • Handle all customer inquiries and communications
  • Process all administrative work associated with the service department
  • Schedule delivery and pick up of all equipment
  • Schedule and oversee all service work
  • Manage workflow within the service department, including work schedules, employee schedules, and customer work orders
  • Foster effective and timely communication between all other departments as well as customers.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to listen and communicate with customers and co-workers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail oriented and results driven.
  • Maintain professionalism.
  • Supervisory skills to include the ability to coach, train and motivate employees to reach established department goals.

Required experience:

Combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

  • Job Type: Full-time; M-F with an occasional Saturday
